These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Trader Dynamiq. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Trader Dynamiq is a post-trade behavioral analytics platform. It is not a broker, exchange, advisor, or execution venue. No trade execution. No signal generation. No guaranteed outcomes or profit promises.
You are responsible for account credentials, account activity, and maintaining accurate registration information.
You may connect supported import sources and upload files. Where API credentials are used, they must be configured as read-only. Trading and withdrawal permissions must remain disabled.
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, disruption, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to bypass controls.
Feature access depends on your plan and entitlement status. Trader Dynamiq offers a 14-day free trial with no payment details required. Because a full-featured trial is provided at no cost, Trader Dynamiq does not issue refunds directly. Where a purchase is processed by a Merchant of Record (such as Paddle.com Market Limited), refund rights are governed by that provider's buyer terms.
Trader Dynamiq uses third-party payment providers. Card and standard payments may be processed by Paddle.com Market Limited. Cryptocurrency payments are processed through NOWPayments. Trader Dynamiq does not store full card numbers.
You may cancel future renewal at any time. Access remains active until the paid cycle end date. Cancellation stops future renewal billing only.
Trader Dynamiq software, interfaces, branding, and documentation are owned by Trader Dynamiq or licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded data.
We may modify, improve, or deprecate features as part of normal platform evolution.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Analytics and scoring outputs are informational and not financial advice.
Total liability for claims related to the service is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months before the claim event.
You agree to indemnify Trader Dynamiq for claims resulting from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for legal, security, abuse, or payment-compliance reasons.
These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms are posted with an effective date.
