Trader Dynamiq is the controller of personal data processed through the website and application. This policy applies to existing users, trial users, former users, and visitors.
Trader Dynamiq is a read-only trading analytics and behavioral improvement platform. We do not execute trades and we do not provide financial advice or signal services.
We process only data needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service: identity and account data, user-provided trading data, integration and security data, billing data, operational telemetry, support data, and consent data.
Data is collected directly from you, from files and integrations you choose to connect, from payment providers via webhook callbacks, and from system-generated security and reliability events.
We process personal data using contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required. Contract performance covers account access, imports, analytics, reporting, and subscription functionality. Legitimate interests cover service integrity, abuse prevention, security, and reliability. Consent covers optional analytics and marketing performance cookies.
If Google Sign-In is used, Trader Dynamiq processes basic identity data only for authentication and account linking. Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising personalization.
We do not sell personal data. Payments are processed by Merchant of Record providers (e.g. Paddle for card payments) and crypto providers (e.g. NOWPayments). Trader Dynamiq does not store full card numbers.
Processing may involve cross-border data flows. Where required, we use transfer safeguards such as contractual protections.
We keep data only as long as necessary. Account records are retained while active. Billing records follow tax/accounting requirements. Security logs are retained for limited abuse-prevention windows.
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to reduce risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

Trader Dynamiq offers a 14-day refund window from the date of payment. Card/standard payments are processed by Merchant of Record providers (e.g. Paddle). Cryptocurrency payments are processed by providers such as NOWPayments.
